Our Story
In 2020, the coronavirus epidemic broke out in Hungary. Unprecedented collaboration and innovation begins.
The two of us, as medical students, are founding a startup. As young doctors, we immediately set out to help epidemic prevention with our knowledge and strength; with the innovative development of a single platform for diagnostics and therapy for COVID-19.
Our Vision
In the age of epidemics, it is in Hungary's strategic interest to independently build and develop its biological defense capabilities. The COVID-19 outbreak has shown that significant biological defense capabilities are required for an effective and rapid response.
Technology
We eliminate the infectivity of the coronavirus with UV irradiation. No infection, only intact proteins remain. All this on 254 nm.
The inactivated virus is purified in a unique way, and then the immune system is tested with it.
T cells, monocytes, IgG, IgM.
HLA-independent.

UV inactivation
In a patented, unique UV chamber prepared for laboratory use, in a closed system, we perform UV irradiation with 254 nm UV-C light at a minimum effective dose.
The result: 0% infection, 100% intact structure .
In the following, we will raise it to an industrial level.

Virus cleaning procedure
A patent-pending, magnetic bead-based anion exchange chromatography procedure that does not require large, special laboratory equipment. We optimized the process known in the industry for its cost-effectiveness and scalability in terms of yield and purity.
30 minutes . 50-70% yield (qPCR), 99.7% purity (total protein).

Special antibody measurement procedure
The test is a functional approach test of complex immunological systems, which determines the titer of all antibodies against the entire virus . e.g. total anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG.
The sensitivity, specificity and dynamic range are higher compared to the traditional ELISA.

Special cellular immune response measurement procedure
The test uses the entire virus to examine the immune response formed by human white blood cells. In addition to examining the phenotype of immune cells, the procedure examines professional antigen presentation. Platform: flow cytometry.

Quick response
Universal vaccine production platform
A closed-system, continuous-flow virus propagation, filtering and UV-inactivating technological line. After isolation, a complete virion-based , UV-inactivated suspension with intact proteins can be created from any virus, which can be channeled into preclinical and clinical testing. This provides a platform to develop an emergency system into a rapid response capability.
